Peak Impact During Ramadan
During Ramadan, masjid attendance increases dramatically. Iftar gatherings create 10x the normal waste. This concentrated period offers the perfect opportunity to make a significant, measurable impact.
Year-Round Vision
While Ramadan is our focus, the lessons and systems we build will extend beyond. Single-day events, ongoing education, and sustained practices will keep the momentum going throughout the year.

How We'll Scale
Prove the Model (2026)
Ramadan 2026 at Masjid Jamae Chulia is our proof of concept. We'll document everything: what works, what doesn't, challenges faced, and solutions found. This becomes our playbook.
Build Partnerships (2026-2027)
Share our results with other masjids. Show them the impact, the process, and the community response. Identify 3-5 masjids interested in joining for Ramadan 2027.
Scale Operations (2027)
Expand to multiple masjids simultaneously during Ramadan 2027. Build a larger volunteer network. Create standardized materials and training. Establish central coordination.
Beyond Ramadan (2027+)
Launch single-day recycling drives during Eid celebrations, Friday prayers, and community events. Explore composting, food waste reduction, and other sustainability initiatives.
